Anya Sri-Skanda-Rajah is a Managing Director in Guy Carpenter’s Toronto office and is the leader of the Canadian Analytics group.  In this role, she oversees technical, actuarial and financial analysis related to reinsurance, as well as other advisory services offered to Canadian clients including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), MetaRisk® licensing, predictive modeling and capital modeling.  She is also a member of Guy Carpenter Canada's senior management team.

Anya joined Guy Carpenter from Liberty Mutual in Boston, where she worked on the development of pricing models and capital allocation approaches.  Prior to that, Anya gained knowledge of insurance and reinsurance reserving, ratemaking, dynamic financial analysis and strategic planning, while working as an actuarial consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Anya is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA).  She is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science.
