David Duncan has been the CFO of TD Insurance for the last four years.   Splitting his time primarily between Toronto and Montreal, he is responsible for finance, corporate actuarial, reinsurance and project management for the company’s Property & Casualty and Life & Health businesses in Canada as well as broker operations in the U.S.
 
David joined TD Bank Group in 1990 and has held increasingly senior finance roles in various businesses in Canada and the U.S.  In addition, David leads a number of business and talent initiatives within TD Bank Group.

David holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from Schulich School of business, earned his CMA designation in 1985 and his CFA designation in 2005.
