Lamont Boyd is responsible for client and partnership opportunities that make use of FICO’s credit-based insurance scoring and property risk scoring products and services. Working with more than 300 insurance clients throughout the US and Canada and speaking regularly to industry and consumer groups, Mr. Boyd is recognized as one of the industry’s leading experts in predictive scoring technology.  Prior to joining FICO in 1993, he served 19 years in underwriting and sales management with a major property and casualty insurer. He received his CPCU designation in 1990 and is member of the Society’s Information Technology, Personal Lines and Underwriting Interest Groups.  He is a CPCU National Leader as a member of the Underwriting Committee and is former Chair of the Information Technology Committee.  Lamont lives in Arizona and enjoys the hundreds of valley and mountain hiking trails with his family.
